**Possible Cause:**  
Internal error.  
Unexpected or no voltage on output of power board (NG)/socket board (AHP)

**Possible solutions:**  
- Contact the service department of your charge point supplier.  
- Check power board (NG)/socket board (AHP)

Info field: Power switch error (NG) / Power Switch error (Main)  
OCPP 1.5: PowerSwitchFailure
